Nintendo announces plethora of new Wii U, 3DS games

Nintendo Direct E3 edition unveils all the goodies

Nintendo, Nintendo Direct E3Nintendo held its E3 Nintendo Direct this morning and announced several new titles for the 3DS and Wii U including Mario Kart 8, Super Mario 3D World, Wii Party U and Pokemon X and Y.

Below is a list of the announced titles with links to trailers. In addition, Nintendo will have playable demos of Mario Kart 8, Super Mario 3D World, Wind Waker HD and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze at select Best Buy stores on June 12 and June 15. Click here for more details.

Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl (3DS, this fall)
Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD (Coming in October, new trailer) (Wii U)
Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (3DS)
Mario Kart 8 (Wii U, 2014) (Will feature hover car racing, under water racing, airborne racing)
