See comparison of the upcoming remastered collection, relive Arkham Asylum and Arkham City next month
Fans of the Batman: Arkham series can replay Asylum and City on October 21 for Xbox One and PS4, according to an announcement by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.
The remastered collection was originally slated for release in July, but was delayed to allow further development time for Virtuos Ltd. after many fans pointed out that the remastered versions of the games looked worse than the originals in the announcement trailer.
As previously announced, the collection will include every piece of DLC that was available for the two games, which were originally developed by Rocksteady Studios.
Warner Bros. released a video (above) showing side-by-side comparisons of the PS3 and PS4 versions of the games, which are now running in Unreal Engine 4. The games ran on Unreal Engine 3 previously.
Virtuos Ltd. is responsible for the PS4 remaster of Heavy Rain and the studio contributed to both Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Star Wars: The Force Awakens as well as other various ports.
