Find out who’s on the cover of this year’s wrestling game, when you can play it and what versions of the title will be available at launch

The cover star for WWE 2K18 has been revealed and it’s WWE Raw star and former S.H.I.E.L.D. member Seth Rollins.

This is the first time Rollins has appeared on the cover and he joins the likes of The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton.

Rollins appeared on ESPN this morning to show off the new cover and reveal a new trailer. The trailer doesn’t show any gameplay or reveal any new features for the game.

The trailer features Seth Rollins under a mask destroying a bunch of gear and other items of past superstars before lighting the WWE Archives warehouse on fire and revealing that he is the one behind the mask.

The game’s tagline is “Be Like No One”. It was teased on Twitter and other social media sites over the last few days with the hashtag #BLN1 and photos of the items Rollins destroys in the trailer.

Additionally, it was revealed that the game will release on Oct. 17. A deluxe edition will be available and net buyers the game, the season pass (the content of the season pass was not revealed) and the ability to play the game four days early on Oct. 13. The deluxe edition will retail for $89.99, which is $59.99 for the game and $29.99 for the season pass.

A collector’s edition was also announced but the contents of that version has not been revealed, nor has a price. There will also be a pre-order bonus that should be announced soon, if previous years are anything to go by.

For now, take a look at the trailer and cover art and let us know what you think.
