LEGO The Incredibles announced, coming this summer
TT Games’s newest entry in the long-running LEGO licensed game series has been announced, and starting this summer, LEGO game fans can play both The Indredibles and The Incrdibles 2 in minifigure form.
The new Incredibles 2 movie hits theaters on June 15 and the game will hit stores that same day for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC, according to a press release.
The game was recently rumored along with a LEGO DC Villains game, which has yet to be confirmed.
Aside from a teaser trailer and the promise of the usual large roster of characters, interactive puzzles and hub world along with multiplayer coop that the LEGO games are known for, not much was said about the new game.
PlayStation VR equipment gets $100 discount
A PlayStation Blog post by VP of PlayStation Marketing for Sony Interactive Entertainment America Mary Yee has confirmed a price drop for PlayStation VR.
The $100 discount drops the headset to $299.99 for the base version. This is a permanent price drop and starts tomorrow, March 29, Yee said.
“This new pricing provides an even greater value for PlayStation fans at a perfect time, with must-play PS VR titles like Moss and Sprint Vector,” Yee said. “There is also plenty to look forward to this year like Firewall Zero Hour, Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-ality, Wipeout Omega Collection, Blood & Truth and many others.”

PlayStation VR Doom VFR Bundle
$299.99 (MSRP), originally $399.99
Includes a PS VR headset, PlayStation Camera, PS VR Demo Disc 2.0 and Doom VFR.
PlayStation VR The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR Bundle
$349.99 (MSRP), originally $449.99
Includes the PS VR headset, PlayStation Camera, two PlayStation Move controllers, the PS VR Demo Disc 2.0 and the Skyrim VR core game and all official add-ons.
Wipeout Omega Collection PSVR update now available
Speaking of PlayStation VR, Sony has announced that the free VR update for its Wipeout Omega Collection PS4 game is now available.
“With a free update available today, your copy of Wipeout Omega Collection will be playable in PS VR,” John McLaughlin, senior producer, Sony XDev said in the blog post. “Simply update your game, switch on your headset and your main menu will transform into a 3D world with ships zooming right past you. You can select any game mode, be it Racebox or Campaign, and play the full game in virtual reality from start to finish.”
The update also includes VR mode exclusive ships and features 3D audio.
