From Marvel Avengers to lots of Final Fantasy to Dragon Quest Builders 2, here’s everything Square Enix showed at its 2019 E3 conference
Square Enix kicked off its annual E3 presentation with footage and details on the upcoming Final Fantasy VII remake, though it did not reveal a release date for the game.
But that wasn’t the only Final Fantasy news. Final Fantasy VIII remastered is coming this year, two new Final Fantasy Brave Exvius titles are coming and the company showed off some new Shadowbringers Final Fantasy XIV footage. Lastly, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles is being remastered.
Speaking of remasters, The Last Remnant has been remastered for Nintendo Switch and is available tonight. Octopath Traveler is coming to Steam and a new trailer was shown for Dying Light 2. There was also some new gameplay shown for Dragon Quest Builders 2.
As for new games, Circuit Super Cars and Outriders were shown.
The show concluded with confirmation of the recently leaked Marvel Avengers, which included a video showing an all-star cast featuring Troy Baker as Bruce Banner, Nolan North as Tony Stark/Iron Man and more. A possible inclusion of Spider-Man on PS4 was teased (special exclusive PlayStation content was mentioned) and the game will feature 4-player online co-op as well as free expansion characters for all players.
